Job Opening :: Passport Rewards Supervisor
The Passport Rewards Supervisor oversee the daily operations of the Passport Rewards Club. Focus on supporting and developing teams. Coordinate daily tasks and monitor progress. Perform many of the administrative functions of the Passport Club; record keeping, inventory and scheduling.
Duties
- Provide superior service to all guests while implementing the current service recovery techniques. Handle complaints and take action to resolve.
- Coach and develop all team members to reach department standards on performance by way of positive feedback, encouragement and by being an exemplar. Hold team members accountable for achieving standards and goals.
- Effectively communicate changes in events, policies and/or procedures to keep team members updated and in sync.
- Keep detailed records of Passport Host performance and attendance.
- Keep all work areas in acceptable operational condition. Keeping supplies on hand, equipment in good condition.
- Work with Passport Club Manager to implement changes within the department as business needs change. Take initiative to explore opportunities to improve team performance, exceed guest expectation.
- Work variable shifts to meet business demands.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of prior Casino and Supervisory experience
- High School education or equivalent required.
- Have demonstrated ability to take initiative, be detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, teambuilding and problem-solving skills.
- Computer experience with Windows based applications, AS400 or similar player tracking programs. WPM 45 and 10 key by touch. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Must be personable and able to communicate with guests and team members.
- Must be capable of keeping current on the constant changes and development of the Passport Loyalty Program and the Peppermill’s amenities (hotel, restaurants, gaming perks, promotions, special events etc.) And must be able to communicate these changes efficiently to team members.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to withstand high pressure, fast paced environment.
- Must be organized, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Must be willing to work extended hours, variable shifts, and additional days when necessary.
- Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
