In the past 50 years, the company has donated millions to local charities and organized Give Back events such as Pie it Forward and Cocoa for a Cause, where 100% of the proceeds benefit a specific charity. Peppermill also works with local schools through the Partners in Education program to establish additional funding and in-kind donations. 

Recognized as an industry leader for its green initiatives and innovations and recipient of a 2018 Energy Star Certification, Peppermill Resorts is committed to environmental sustainability and energy conservation. This includes a geothermal program which ensures Peppermill Resort Spa Casino is the only resort in the U.S. whose heating source is completely provided from geothermal energy produced on the immediate property.
