The VIP Services & Concierge Agent is responsible for providing personalized services such as booking accommodations, dinning, and entertainment. Focuses on creating a seamless and memorable experience while building strong relationship to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties:

  • Check-in and check-out all VIP guests
  • Assist in play evaluations for VIP guests - Authority to comp based on tracked play.
  • Blocking rooms for VIP guests and accommodate any special room requests.
  • Preparing and serving complimentary drinks for VIP guests
  • Provide support for Special Events functions.
  • Maintaining appearance and cleanliness of VIP Services and Concierge areas
  • Booking restaurant reservations for all on property outlets
  • Assist all hotel guests by providing information, directions, tours,

and entertainment etc.

  • Handling heavy phones in a timely, courteous, and professional matter
  • Imputing same day reservations for VIP guests, verifying marketing codes
  • Assist all VIP guests with any requests.
  • Answering any casino/rewards card questions for all card levels
  • Communicating with hosts, host on duty to resolve guest issues, questions.
  • Booking cabanas for casino guests
  • Reviewing and responding to all VIP Services email requests from guests or hosts
  • Perform any/all other tasks as requested by a Supervisor/Manager/Director

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in related field Hotel/Casino preferred.
  • Experience with the AS/400 and CMS Tracking System preferred.
  • Knowledge of Reno/Sparks/Tahoe area a must
  • Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board
  • Must be able to maintain a valid Alcohol Awareness Card
