Job Opening :: Passport Rewards Host
The Passport Rewards Host is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Passport Players Club. They are also responsible for providing efficient, friendly service by promoting club membership and facilitate all club/promotional transactions according to guidelines and procedures.
Duties:
- Represents the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in the most positive manner to surpass service expectations.
- Greeting guests with professionalism and a friendly smile. Shows gratitude to guests for their patronage and is proactive about anticipating guest’s needs.
- Clearly communicates current details on offers, events, promotions, benefits, and property amenities. Must be able to understand and explain the player tracking systems, comping guidelines, player benefits, and usage.
- Responsible for entering accurate information of newly enrolled accounts and updating existing accounts as needed. Assist with database marketing efforts (data entry, data collection etc.)
- Completes all transactions related to Player’s Club, Marketing, Promotions and Special Events efficiently and expeditiously.
- Uses several computer applications simultaneously to analyze information and make appropriate decisions related to the Passport Loyalty Program.
- Must be able to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Acts immediately on any guest complaint to ensure that corrections are made, and that 100% customer satisfaction is accomplished. When unable to handle a complaint, call a supervisor to resolve issues in a professional and expedient manner.
- Maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.
Qualifications:
- A fun attitude.

- Desire to work to people.
- Two years of customer service experience required
- Ten-key and computer knowledge required
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible schedule that can accommodate business needs, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to understand the importance of confidentiality.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a gaming card and alcohol awareness card.
- Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
