Job Opening :: Spa Concierge
The Spa Concierge greets guests and explains the spa facilities and services. Coordinates and facilitates all spa front desk, salon front desk, retail, and phone activities.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
- Greets and processes guests checking in and out.
- Takes care of guest needs.
- Ensures that supplies are available and that the facilities are kept clean, always stocked and in safe condition.
- Maintains awareness and knowledge of new products, services, packages, treatments, and procedures.
- Perform reception desk duties as necessary and properly uses authority within given guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Keep updated on schedules, spa services and policies, sales techniques, and special spa events or promotions.
- Schedules appointments for all spa treatments and assists guests in selecting spa services and retail items.
- Knowledge of technical and standard operating procedures for the position including cash handling, billing, credit card, room charge/account and gift certificate policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory as needed.
- Supports the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service.
- Adherence to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance and appearance policy and the code of conduct.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to verbally communicate with guests and co-workers.
- Knowledgeable of technical and standard operating procedures for the position including cash handling, billing, credit card, room charge/account and gift certificate policies and procedures.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- At least 18 years of age.
