The Slot Shift Manager is responsible for the daily activities of the slot floor and all slot personnel. Provide friendly and courteous guest service to ensure the continued patronage and return of our guests.

Duties:

  • General management of the Slot Department during assigned shift.
  • Ensure that guest service standards are met.
  • Safeguard assets within the Slot Department.
  • Adhere and enforce company and department policies and procedures, including but not limited to the attendance and appearance policy and the code of conduct.
  • Enforce gaming regulations, including the system of internal control.
  • Authorize slot jackpot payouts and short pay, customer appeasements.
  • Train, develop, schedule, and evaluate Slot floor personnel.
  • Coach and counsel employees to ensure standards are met.
  • Keep and maintain employee records.
  • Host guests and assist Leads and SSR’s with guest services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Overall knowledge of Slot Operations.
  • College or technical school training desirable.
  • Prior supervisory or team leader experience.
  • Related mechanical or electronic repair experience.
