Job Opening :: Kitchen Technician
The Kitchen Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing of restaurant, kitchen, and bar equipment.
Duties:
- Report to work on time, in proper uniform, and while following the company appearance standards.
- Have basic knowledge in the following fields:
- Working safely and effectively with hand and power tools.
- Installing new equipment.
- Working with and diagnosing electrical, water/steam, and natural gas systems.
- Maintain a record of preventative and repair maintenance conducted.
- Respond promptly to needs of company.
- Constant awareness of safety concerns. If not able to remedy the concern, kitchen technician must alert manager.
- Attending and successfully completing training courses and requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or trade school/experience equivalent required.
- Experience in basic plumbing, electrical, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Be organized, flexible, and able to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Must be able to learn and grow skillsets.
