The Casino Executive is to provide customers pleasant entertainment and professional service through supervising table games. Implement “Policies and Procedures”, train, monitor, and evaluate performance of pit personnel assigned in accordance with “Rules and Regulations” set forth by the department.

Duties:

  • Maintain Peppermill’s high quality of standards and customer service.
  • Maintain an awareness of applicable company and departmental policies, procedures and rules, and supervise table games accordingly.
  • Maintain table game bankrolls.
  • Verify accuracy of all documentation - Fills, Credits, Markers/Buy-Backs. Monitor and document all cash transactions within the guidelines set forth by State and Federal Regulations.
  • Issue markers and buy-backs to credit-line players.
  • Change cards/dice as instructed.
  • Inform Shift Manager and Surveillance of all abnormalities and “Hi-Limit” plays in their section
  • Act as a host, ensuring that all guests receive excellent service.
  • Player tracking.
  • Exhibit good communication skills with our patrons and co-workers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
  • Good Mathematical and Communication Skills.
  • Working knowledge of all or most table games.
  • Understanding of basic strategy and card counter identification
