Job Opening :: Bell Captain
The Bell Captain will supervise Bell staff to ensure that customer requests and service needs are provided with maximum efficiency. Needs to be available to work extra hours when business requirements demand.
Duties:
- Supervises Bell personnel to ensure that customer requests and service needs are provided with maximum efficiency.
- Work extra hours when business requirements are demanded.
- Coordinates group arrivals, departures and assists in acquiring transportation for customers and guests.
- Performs administrative duties and other special service needs as requested.
- Transports baggage, room moves, show hotel rooms, escorts guests or hotel keys to rooms, and coordinates all shipping procedures.
- Performs damage inspections on company vehicles, keeps vehicles maintained, cleaned and gassed.
- Investigates and resolves customer complaints.
- Provides direction to and evaluates performance of Bell staff.
- Trains new employees.
- Performs any other duties as directed by Management.
Qualifications:
·Must have 1-year Supervisory experience.
·Must have a valid Nevada driver’s license.
·Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently up to 80 lbs. occasionally.
