The Spa Cleaning Specialist maintains cleanliness throughout Spa Toscana.

Duties:

Maintains Clean Reflective Surfaces by

• Cleaning glass and mirrored areas of the Spa
• Cleaning office windows throughout the Spa
• Cleaning lighted signs in the Spa
• Cleaning doors at main entrances
• Dusting neon signs on main floor and in the Spa
• Cleaning ceiling tiles
• Cleaning tambour throughout the Spa and on escalators

Maintains additional areas by

• Detailing brass on doors
• Setting up and breaking down scaffolding (1,000 lb. max weight limit), using hydraulic lift equipment and ladders (250 lb. max weight limit for aluminum and 300 lb. max for fiberglass)
• Vacuuming vents

Maintains Safe Working Environment by

• Following Peppermill safety procedures, rules, and regulations
• Reporting any mechanical and functional problems to supervisor
• Reporting or correcting situations that do not comply with safety rules or regulations.

Contributes to team effort by

• Communicating cleaning actions to appropriate supervisor or coworkers
• Noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring
• Providing courteous service to customers and team members
• Supports the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service.
• Adherence to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to
• the attendance and appearance policy and the code of conduct

Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, which includes the ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Prior experience preferred
