The Slots Service Representative is responsible to provide guests with an enjoyable gaming experience by offering exceptional service within the scope of slot operations, as well as other hotel casino functions. To work closely with fellow employees and management of all departments to present guests with the best possible service ensuring continued patronage.

Duties:

• Maintain the Western Village high standard of quality and guest service.

• Initiate, verify and pay slot jackpots of predetermined amounts.

• Carry and maintain a floor bank to provide guests with change.

• Maintain cashier bank when working in the booth to provide guests with change and other SSRs with jackpot funds.

• Always protect company funds.

• Minor slot machine repair.

• Assist guests with Western Village Passport Program.

• Perform slot operation duties while complying with departmental, company and Gaming policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Keep sections neat and clean.

• Adherence to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance and appearance policy and the code of conduct.

Qualifications:

• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Good math skills.

• High School graduate or equivalent desirable.

• Money handling experience preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude, highly organized with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

• Must be 21 years of age.
