The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms upon check out as well as during a guests stay. The Room Attendant position is a key role within the company when creating a memorable guest experience.

Duties:

• Clean and maintain Hotel rooms at established quality standards.

• Follow all departmental and safety procedures.

• Promote positive guest relations and promptly attend to our guests needs, while verbally communicating with basic English speech skills.

• Report any maintenance problems they observe.

Requirements:

• Experience preferred, however, not required.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Must be agile; lots of repetitive bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Must be able to push/pull heavy maid cart.
• English preferred, however, not required
