Job Opening :: Food Server
The Food Server will provide the guest with effective, efficient, friendly service to ensure their return visit.
Duties:
- Sincerely greets each Guest at his/her tables within 3 minutes.
- Makes eye contact with each table.
- Knows the script and hours/days of operation.
- Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements.
- Able to communicate clearly with guests.
- Understands the ingredients and preparation of all menu items and is able to relate that information to the guest in a clear and concise manner.
- Competent in the operation of POS system.
- Knowledge of all coupons and specials.
- Serves beverages and ensures that glasses are full throughout the meal.
- Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees.
- Adheres to all department requirements, including proper food safety protocols.
- Practices required sanitation procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the outlet.
- Supports the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service.
- Responsible for the complete service of the table.
- Genuinely thanks the guest and completes the transaction.
- Adheres to all internal controls, policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year previous food serving experience is preferred.
- Able to communicate clearly with guests in English.
- Must be able to balance a food tray, weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
