The Rack Clerk helps to assist the Hotel Shift Manager by effectively managing the hotel inventory and at times provides direction to the Shift employees. To assist the Hotel Shift Manager by effectively managing the hotel inventory. Rack Clerks are junior members of the leadership team.

Duties:

• Effectively manage and control the hotel inventory to ensure maximum utilization.

• Maintain strong communication with other departments to streamline hotel operations

• Assist Hotel Shift Manager in executing all shift reports

• Maintain positive constructive working relationships with both internal and external guests.

• Maintain ticket bank and Ticket Sales window.

• Assist on the front line as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum one-year front desk experience

• Minimum one year experience in the operation of the AS/400 including the LMS and CMS programs

• Minimum one year customer service experience
