The Pai Gow Tiles Dealer - Graveyard provides customers pleasant entertainment and professional service while dealing Pai Gow Tiles and other table games. Under close supervision, deals table games in accordance with company procedures, and states gaming regulations.

Duties:

• Maintain Peppermill’s high standards of quality and customer service.

• Deal Pai Gow Tiles and other table games according to applicable company and departmental policies, procedures, and rules.

• Check and protect all tiles and cards, when placed on the game.

• Protect the table bankroll at all times.

• Determine that bets are properly placed and within table limits.

• Make proper payoffs to winning bets and collect losing bets.

• After making change or winning bet, immediately deposit all currency and foreign chips into table drop box.

• Verify all fills/credits to the table.

• Issue credit markers to patrons only on the direction of a Casino Executive.

• Deal all table games with speed and accuracy according to policy.

• Exhibit good communication skills with patrons and co-workers.

• Report any unusual situations to Casino Executive.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
• 2+ years’ experience required.
• Excellent manual dexterity.
• Excellent inter-personnel communication skills.
• Solid math skills.
