Outside Utility Laborer is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning all Peppermill outside property, including greenspaces, parking lots, and outer buildings.

Duties:

• Must have basic knowledge of cleaning and caring of parking lots, asphalt, sidewalks, lawns, trees, and sprinkler systems.
• Must be able to understand directions.
• Must report to work on time and in proper uniform. A neat appearance and personnel hygiene shall be maintained though out the shift.
• Must clean up after each shift and return all tools and materials to proper storage areas.
• Never leave tools unattended on property.
• Must be able to maintain and perform preventative maintenance of tools.
• Must be able to communicate with guests and always be friendly and pleasant.
• Must be able to work in a drug free environment. Must be able to pass a chemical dependency test as required.
