The Cocktail Server is to provide the guest with effective, efficient, friendly service to ensure their return visit. 

 

Duties:

·         Sincerely greets each guest.

·         Makes eye contact with guest.

·         Knows the script and hours/days of operation.

·         Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements.

·         Ability to serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly.

·         Understanding of call order of drinks.

·         Knowledge of drink pricing.

·         Knowledge of Mixology.

·         Ability to exercise good judgment in determining potentially intoxicated guests.

·         Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels.

·         Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and Team members.

·         Understanding of casino floor sections.

·         Genuinely thanks the Guest.

·         Adheres to appearance and uniform standards.

·         Adheres to all internal controls, policies and procedures.

 

 

Qualifications:

·         Minimum one-year previous cocktailing experience is preferred.

·         Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.

·         Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.

·         Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.

·         Must be 21 years of age.

·         Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry a tray of 25 lbs at chest.         

·         Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

·         Must be able to speak and understand English.
