Job Opening :: Project Manager
Project Manager interacts with various internal departments and properties who request work from the Advertising department. Gather details and gain a strategic understanding of the needs for high end projects including direct mail, promotional campaigns, VIP events, brochures, sales collateral, internet marketing initiatives, outdoor campaigns, and other special jobs as needed. Works with Director to determine creative and copy direction for project; then compiles all the information and provides to designer assigned to specific project. Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.
Duties:
- Discuss/Meet with various internal departments to understand and gather all relevant details for project.
- Work with the Director to determine creative direction and copy.
- Compile details and information and provide a comprehensive document for the assigned designer to produce the project.
- Track and follow-up status of each initiative – keeping communication with assigned designer/Director and various internal departments to ensure job is produced correctly.
- Maintain regular meetings and job status updates with various customers as needed.
- Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with in-house and outside clients through effective, accurate, timely and reliable communication and action.
- Maintain standards of quality service for Advertising.
Qualifications:
- Advertising/production experience (casino or ad agency preferable).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teambuilding skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once with minimal direction.
- Windows, MS Office and other computer-based systems.
